Unable to authorize connection

There is an old problem with some early ReplayTV models and ShowStoppers, where if the unit was never connected or hasn't been allowed to update to current software for some reason, the unit will be unable to complete a net connect.  You'll end up with an "unable to authorize connection" error.  The problem is caused by an outdated/invalid 800 telephone number in the software.  The only solution is to download the most recent image for your ReplayTV or ShowStopper model and use RTVPatch to re-image the drive.
